International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (the ICAC) and Vasil Kisil and Partners have a great honour to invite to the International conference "International Arbitration: Emerging Changes" to take place in Kyiv on 17 March, 2017.

The conference will mark the 25th anniversary since foundation of ICAC in Ukraine and we are looking forward to use this opportunity to gather experts for a thought-provoking discussion on the current developments in international arbitration. Panels of the conference will highlight the importance of international arbitration as an effective method for settlement of business disputes, discuss the most vivid cross-border cases and enforcement trends, explore the current practices, challenges and prospective developments in the field of arbitration and ADR.

We believe gathering in Kyiv leading academics and practitioners in the field will contribute to the development of arbitration community in the region and the exchange of best practices in the international dispute resolution in general.
